Services included in the rental

• 456 chairs with a writing pad (maximum room capacity)
• Stage setup: platform, lectern, sitting area for up to 8 people
• Standard sound control room corresponding to setup, including 6 cord microphones + 2 HF microphones, mixer and broadcasting
• Basic full lighting consisting of 20 PC type projectors
• Technical personnel necessary for basic services within a limit of 8 hours per day
• Backdrop 9m x 6m screen and overhead projector
