Services included with rental

Grand Auditorium Conferences / Conventions:

• 1,971, 1,585 or 1,163 chairs depending on your chosen configuration
• Standard audio control: 8 cord microphones + 2 HF microphones, stage, mixer and broadcasting.
• Standard full lighting consisting of 25 PC type spotlights on passageways
• Standard stage units: lectern, chairs and low tables up to 12 individuals or platform
• Stage lighting in line with basic unit setup
• Black backdrop
• Technical personnel necessary for basic setup and tuning services (stage, sound and light) on a 12 hours per person basis

Grand Auditorium Shows

• 1,971, 1,585 or 1,163 chairs depending on your chosen configuration
• Basic public address system
• Basic 50KW lighting consisting of 25 PC type spotlights on passageways
• 3 technicians for assembly / operation / disassembly for a period of 10 hours
• Reception staff: 21, 17 or 12 staff members (controls, coat-room, seating) depending on your chosen configuration
• Bar open 1 hour before, during and at the end of the show
• Ticket windows
• Security agent at the artists’ entrance
