• - Permanent access to the Congress Centre membership rate and free invitation for 2 people to the Folle Journée (show + cocktail reception) **
• - Feasibility pre-study within 48 hours (availability of the sites, accommodation, plans, budgetary approach)
• - part of a project design and approach in Nantes, you benefit from our Éductour Pro pack, which includes :
  • o Networking with the economic and regional institutional network
  • o Free availability of a room at the Centre for work meetings**
  • o Hotel room reservations at preferential rates**
  • o Discovery visit of Nantes and its region

As part of preparing a confirmed event at the Congress Centre, the ICB offers you a whole range of additional services* :

• - On-line secure access to your event file on congres-nantes.fr (quotes, plans, correspondence, etc.)
• - Preparation of your press conference (free assistance and availability of the Atlantic Club** )
• - A permanent event manager dedicated to your event
• - of an equipped organiser office (computers, ADSL line + communications quota**)
• - As part of the Centre's total or partial privatisation, availability of an equipped press area (computers**)
• - Organisation of a qualitative debriefing in Nantes or in your premises where you are given a quantitative report (logistical statistics depending on the services entrusted in the Centre).
